GOOGLE USER DATA AND GOOGLE ADS API

Beverage For You operates the Google Ads Profit Hub, an internal business reporting application used to analyze and improve Beverage For You’s Google Ads campaign performance.

Information We Access

When an authorized user connects a Google account, the application may access:

• The user’s Google account email address for account identification.
• Google Ads account information, including customer and manager account identifiers.
• Campaign, ad group, asset group, keyword, search-term, product, conversion, cost, click, impression, and performance-reporting data available through the Google Ads API.

The application requests access only after the user authorizes it through Google OAuth. It does not receive or store the user’s Google password.

How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used only to:

• Authenticate authorized Beverage For You users.
• Retrieve Google Ads campaign and performance information.
• Display campaign dashboards, reports, and profitability calculations.
• Match advertising performance with Beverage For You’s internal sales and cost information.
• Identify tracking problems and opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the Google Ads Profit Hub’s user-facing functionality.

We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising, consumer profiling, credit decisions, or the development, improvement, or training of generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to advertising networks, data brokers, information resellers, or other third parties for their independent purposes.

Google user data may be processed by service providers that host or support the application only when necessary to provide its functionality. These providers are required to protect the information and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

Data Storage and Security

Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored securely on protected server-side systems and are not exposed in the public application interface. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational security measures, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect Google user data from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

Data Retention and Deletion

Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the application’s reporting and analysis functionality, meet legitimate business requirements, or comply with applicable law. OAuth credentials are deleted or invalidated when access is disconnected or no longer required. Data that is no longer necessary is deleted or anonymized according to our retention procedures.

Users may revoke the application’s Google access at any time through their Google Account security settings. Users may also request access to or deletion of their Google user data by contacting info@beverageforyou.com.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The Google Ads Profit Hub’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
