Some items in our catalog are marked as Special Order in the product description. These products are not stocked in our primary warehouse and may require up to 4 additional business days to be delivered to us before we can ship them to you.

This means your overall delivery time may be slightly longer than usual. We’ll ship the rest of your order as soon as everything is ready, and you’ll receive tracking updates along the way.

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your Order ID, the shipping address, and a summary of the products you ordered.

Within 24 hours, you’ll be assigned a shipping label, along with the carrier name and a tracking number. Please note:

When the label is created, your item is marked as “ready to ship” — but that doesn’t mean it has left the warehouse yet.
